Unaware of being controlled
Shouldn’t have stalled

Feet are tied
Hands are cuffed
Ignored emotions
Limited actions
Deprived wants
Tortured hearts
Childhood pasts
Disregarded thoughts
Suffocated by chains

Run but won’t snap
Resist but you’re trap
Breathe heavy gasp
Grasp on scrap
Flee from trap
